We opened in Abu Shagara to give the area a gents' salon with high standards and no fuss. Black chairs, warm lights, shelves of trusted products and barbers who know their craft.
You don't need an appointment. Walk in after work, on your day off or late in the evening. We'll seat you, ask what you want, and take care of the rest.

Come in any time between 9:00 AM and 11:30 PM. If the chairs are full, we'll tell you how long the wait is.

Show a photo or describe the look. Your barber suggests what will suit your hair and face.

Relax in the chair
Fresh gloves, clean tools and a fresh cape. We take our time on every line.

Finish and check
Hot towel or styling to finish, then a final check in the mirror with you before you leave.

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store the details you type. If you use a booking form, your name, mobile number, chosen services, barber, date, time and location are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message on WhatsApp.
When you call, message or visit us, we may receive your name, phone number and the details you share about the service you want.
2. How we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, arrange your visit and provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Third-party services
This website links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Reviews, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply.
4. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
5. Keeping and protecting information
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you, and we take reasonable care to protect them from unauthorised access.

These terms apply to services provided by BTS – Black Thread Hairdressing Salon, Abu Shagara, Sharjah, UAE, and to the use of this website. By using our services or this website, you agree to them.
1. Walk-ins and reservations
We serve clients on a walk-in basis during opening hours, in order of arrival. Reserving a time by phone or WhatsApp is optional and is confirmed only when we reply. Please arrive on time for a reserved slot; if you are late, we may serve waiting clients first.
Event, wedding and on-location services (home, hotel or venue visits) are by prior booking only and are confirmed when we reply. Only event and on-location services are offered at your location. Our sales coordinator sends you the price, service area and timing on WhatsApp, and your booking is confirmed only after you agree to them.
2. Opening hours
We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, and closed on Fridays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for prayer. Hours may change on public holidays.
3. Services, prices and offers
Services and packages are described on this website for information. Prices for salon services are shown in the booking form and in the salon. Prices for event, wedding and on-location services are not listed on this website; our sales coordinator sends you the price before you confirm your booking. Special offers are for a limited time and may change or end without notice.
4. Payment
Payment is due when your service is completed. We accept cash and card.
5. Health, allergies and skin sensitivity
Please tell your barber about any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivity before colouring, facials, scrubs, oils or other treatments. A patch test may be advised for hair and beard colour. We may decline a service if we believe it is not safe for you.
6. Children
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit.
7. Satisfaction
If you are not happy with your service, please tell us before you leave or within 48 hours so we can review it and, where appropriate, make adjustments.
8. Conduct
We may refuse service to anyone who is abusive or disruptive towards our staff or other clients.
9. Personal belongings
Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for items left unattended in the salon.
10. Website
We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may change without notice. Links to WhatsApp and Google are provided for convenience.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.
